Policy Development & Services
- Policy Development - based on the findings of the risk assessment we will assist you in the development of your company drug and alcohol policy, which can include negotiations with any staff associations and consultation with employees.
- Implementation Training - training your managers, health & safety and HR staff in the implementation of the policy, recognition of signs and symptoms and appropriate methods of tackling drug and alcohol related issues;
- Crisis Management - negotiating with law enforcement agencies, advising on media issues and assisting with implementing incident procedures - a 24 hour telephone helpline will be available;
- Awareness Training - training all your staff in general drug and alcohol awareness - a 4-hour session will provide knowledge enabling 'them' to make informed choices about their own or others' drug and alcohol use, how it can affect their work performance, social lives and health;
- Counseling and Treatment - if any of your staff do have an issue and are willing to accept help and advice to address it, we can arrange discreet and confidential access to an appropriate service provider;
- Searching Company Premises - extensive searches will be made of your company premises and vehicles to ascertain any issues - confidentiality and discretion are assured - drug search dogs or electronic equipment will be utilised;
ICTS Search Dogs & Canine Services - Drug Testing Staff - testing will be carried out by fully qualified IWR staff or full training can be provided to your own staff if required. Testing will comply with such issues as employee consent, selection criteria, medical confidentially and anti-discrimination legislation;
- Newsletter - clients with policies will receive a free quarterly newsletter with updates on new developments in the field of Drugs & Alcohol including any changes to legislation and new trends.
